Sealed tenders are invited from reputed suppliers and dealers in their format with valid ITCC/VAT clearance for the year 2008-09 for supply and installation of 5 nos. of Desktop Computer and 1 no. Laptop Computer along with other related accessories for establishment of a Computer Laboratory and office use. The specifications of computers are as follows:

Post or by hand addressed to Registrar, Utkal University of Culture, Sardar Patel Hall Complex, Unit-II, Bhubaneswar superscribing ”Tenders for supply of Computers”. The tenders shall be opened on the same day i.e. on 13.6.2008 at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their authorized agent if they so desires at their own cost.  The quoted rate shall be for Bhubaneswar including all taxes.  The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
